A founding partner with the firm, Jay has over 30 years of tax and accounting experience. Jay has a Master of Science in Taxation degree awarded from DePaul University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining the firm, Jay gained his extensive experience as a tax professional in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group where he specialized in tax and business planning for closely held businesses and owners. Jay is our firm representative on the AICPA/Tax Division and is a member of both the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. He is an avid basketball and platform tennis player and enjoys cross training.

Debbie joined the firm in 2007 and has managed the engagements performed for numerous business and individual clients of the firm. Her responsibilities include corporate, partnership, LLC and individual tax planning and compliance services, as well as financial statement preparation and analysis. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University and is a member of both the AICPA and IL CPA Society.

Val has been working for the firm for over 20 years and has 30 plus years of experience in tax and accounting. She has a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of St. Francis. Val is a member of both the AICPA and the Chicago Tax Club. She lists gardening as one of her favorite hobbies.
